Our Board

Sally has extensive project management and operational experience acquired during the past 20 years, the last nine years specialising in the healthcare sector.  Sally is a co-founder of Trust Health and has particular experience in the fields of management data, financial/budgetary controls, operational systems and running of medical education programmes. 

Peter Brown is a Director of Advantage Early Growth Ltd, an early growth investment fund who have invested in 60+ early stage Companies over a five year period.   Peter is an industry based Chartered Accountant who has acted as a business consultant, interim manager and non-executive director and has considerable experience as Managing Director, Finance Director and Company Secretary in a variety of business’s large and small both national and international.
Peter has expertise in project management and developing effective financial and operational systems developed over a number projects internationally in Australia, China, India, South Africa and America as well as the UK.

Michael Green graduated with a BA in Business Studies and later completed an MSc in Technology and Innovation Management.  His recent roles have included Vice President of Marketing EMEA for Wright Medical Technology, co-founder and Director of Joint Solutions Ltd, Director of Marketing and Product Development (Hips) for Stryker Inc and various European and UK Product management/sales posts.  He has undertaken significant work in product and project management, new product development, factory and production line relocation and man management.  He has extensive experience within marketing services, brand management, strategic consultancy, portfolio analysis and technology transfer within the medical device sector.  Michael is a co-founder of Trust Health.

Brian was formerly Chief Executive of Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust for 13 years from 1993 to 2006, an acute teaching hospital with a budget of £240m and 4500 employees.

During that time he established a new cancer centre, developed cardiac services including coronary angioplasty and led the Trust to teaching hospital status as a partner in the Peninsula Medical School.  Other developments included the establishment Cornwall Medi-Park Ltd to forward research and economic regeneration opportunities.  He is a qualified accountant and has previously worked in local government and for the States of Jersey.

Mark Norton is a practising Orthopaedic Consultant at the Royal Cornwall Hospital and has a particular interest and experience in hip preserving, resurfacing, replacement and revision surgery.
Mark co-founded Bone & Joint Solutions LLP in Truro, the first Trust Health Partnership, and has a wealth of experience on both the clinical and administrative requirements and needs of a partnership within the current healthcare environment.

Sara Norton works with Trust Health's key founding Partnership, and is responsbile for the efficient day to day administration and management of the Partnership work streams.  Sara has also spent the last five years establishing and developing the private practice of five orthopaedic consultants and has a wealth of experience within the healthcare environment, both with NHS and private providers.  Sara's background is as a Senior Specialist Nurse and she is one of the co-founders of Trust Health.

Simon has held leadership roles in the UK, European and Global Orthopaedic industry, including managing Director of Wright Medical UK and latterly as a Franchise Director at Stryker Corp.  Simon is a co-founder of Trust Health and brings expertise of leading successful local and global sales and marketing teams.
