Business Development
Michael Green
Michael is the Chief Executive of Trust Health and has been with the company for over three years. He has overall responsibility for running the business and works with a number of our key surgeon Partnerships, as well as dealing with commissioners at a senior level. Michael has worked in the healthcare sector for over 20 years and has worked in positions from product management to Vice President of a large multi-national device manufacturer.
Brian Milstead
Brian, a qualified accountant, is Trust Health's Commercial Director and looks after our contracts and commissioner/provider negotiations. Brian was the Chief Executive of Royal Cornwall NHS Trust for 13 years and has previously worked in local government and States of Jersey.
Sally Barr
Sally is our Director of Practice Development, and her key area of focus is to develop all aspects of our Partnerships practices, both within NHS and private practice. Sally has over 20 years experience in project management, including operational and financial systems, medical education and marketing programmes. She has spent the last nine years within the healthcare environment.
Kamla Jassal
Kamla is our National Practice Development Manager with overall responsibility in the management and development of our national partnerships for current and new business. She has over 12 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry in all aspects of sales, marketing and training. She has also worked in the private sector in business development and consultant led services.
Practice Development/Operations
Graeme Cain
Graeme joined us early in 2009 and is our Operations Manager responsible for the management and development of our Partnerships in the North. Graeme has seventeen years experience in sales, marketing and business development in the heathcare industry, ranging from medical devices through to clinical management information systems.
Barbara Lee
Barbara is our Operations Managers with key responsibility for delivering and overseeing all operational aspects of our business. She ensures we deliver high levels of customer service to patients, clinicians and commissioners. Barbara has previously worked directly with patients both in the NHS and private healthcare companies.
Finance
Irek Tomaszewski
Irek joined us at the end of 2009 as our Finance Manager and is responsible for the company accounts, including those of our partnerships. Irek has worked within the accounting field for over 25 years and brings with him a wealth of experience to our growing business.
Chris Lang
Chris has worked with Trust Health since 2007 as our Financial Controller and is now responsible for working with Irek on all aspects of our accounts. Chris has many years experience within accounts and his support and expertise is valuable during this period of growth within the company.
Lucy Goode
Lucy is our Financial Assistant and joined Trust Health in 2009. She has worked within both large and small companies and has primarily worked within the service sector.
Paul Lewis
Paul joined us early in 2009 as an Operations Managers with responsibility for operational aspects of our accounts in the South. Our Operations Team are your first point of call within our office for our customers. Paul has worked within service sector industries for over 20 years, 16 of those within the NHS and medical private practice.
Sara Norton
Sara works with us as our Private Practice Manager. Sara has extensive experience in managing both NHS contracts of work and consultant private practice, and works with our Partnerships to help develop their practices. Sara's background is as a Senior Specialist Nurse.
Fiona Tucker
Fiona joined Trust Health in 2008 and is responsible for the efficient administration and invoicing of our partnerships. Fiona has worked in both the NHS and private providers for the last seven years so has a wealth of experience within the healthcare industry.
Mark Kelly
Mark is currently working with us on our Partnership administration and on specific coding projects. Mark comes from a background in customer service and financial services administration.
